K2 adventure actually started a long time ago!

As a young boy I explored everything around me and sometimes got lost in nature, without knowing my way back.

In winter I was known to walk around in T shirt in -10 degrees C without knowing I was hardening myself for even worse conditions.

A few years later my father gave me his old camera and thats where my photographic career started, from the beginning very experimenting photography.

When studying geology at university I found that rocks could be used for more than that and I started climbing rocks and later ice and big mountains.

The actual company started as an idea during the first Himalayan expedition a few years later and became reality on my expedition to Dhaulagiri in 1991. During the expedition I wrote the business plan for the company and registered BUSY Productions - as I named the company in the beginning - just after arriving back in Denmark after the trip.
