Lectures and seminars

Based on the experience gathered through many years of climbing and mountaineering K2 adventure can offer a number of predefined lectures, but I also offer the possibility to have a tailor made seminar. • Himalayan adventures: A lecture on Himalayan expeditions through 20 years ranging from beautifull climbs like Ama Dablam, through climbs on some of the 8000 metre peaks including Everest and finally the extreme adventure of ascending previously unclimbed peaks in unexplored regions in Himalaya.
• Everest success and tragedy: Tragedy and triumph in the disaster year 1996 where 8 climbers lost their lives on Mount Everest.
• Karakoram adventure: Trekking and climbing in the Karakoram region. Includes climbing on Broad Peak and Gasherbrum I.
• Umclimbed frontiers: Lecture on the attempt to climb 3 unclimbed peaks in the Janak Himal area of Nepal.
• Live your dreams: Climbing is not only about physical exercise and adventure. It is also about what to do to make your dreams come through.
• Documentary climbing: How to make a living of climbing and documentary filming and photography at the same time.
• Project Manager on the roof of the world: I have combined my experience as IT Project Manager with with the skils required for leading expeditions in this lecture. To full customer satisfaction it has been used for kick-off meetings on other types of projects and as inspiration for consultants doing project management. • Special lectures adapted to customer needs.

A lecture typically is around 2 hours in duration and the price depends on the number of participants:

• 0-50 participants - 1400€
• 50-100 participants - 1600€
• 100-250 participants - 1800£
• >250 participants - 2000€
