Your rights after buying K2 adventure photographs ?

When publishing pictures it shall be visible that these are from www.K2-adventure.dk unless anything else has been agreed by K2 adventure.

Pictures on these pages are copyrighted and may therefore not be published in any form without permission from K2 adventure.

Pictures showing recognisable persons, buildings or companys may not be used for political or religious agitation. Furthermore use of pictures that discredits a model are not allowed.

Pictures are only to be used by the buyer or the buyers company. The pictures may not be given to other persons or companys. Pictures are not to be manipulated without the written permission of K2 adventure.

Pictures are used on the responsibility of the publisher. K2 adventure has no responsibility for the use of photographs.

The buyer must whenever possible send a free copy of the material where the pictures have been used.
